When designing a training programme, it is not a one size fits all approach. Everybody responds differently to varying types and intensities of training, and it is for this reason that the most effective way to train is to consult with a professional to design a programme that is bespoke to you and your personal goals. If you would like the opportunity to develop your physique or improve your sporting ability, then a Personalised training programme is for you.

Nutrition programming not included

This programme is ideal for the serious athlete who wants to improve their training and overall performance. The programme is delivered on a one to one basis with a strength and conditioning coach, making use of modern technologies and equipment, to identify strengths and weaknesses. Ideally this should be completed various times throughout the year to track improvement; at the beginning of pre-season, at the beginning of the season and at the beginning of off-season.

Ideally, profiling and testing would also be completed half- way through the season to adjust programming.

– Analysis of Power, Speed, Strength and Energy systems

This is to find out strengths and weakness of team and includes movement screening which shows coach where team can be improved in terms of athletic performance.

– Full sports specific programming (2 to 4 online gym sessions per week & speed and conditioning work, season dependent)

– Combination of online and in person coaching (in person coaching is charged on a separate, per session basis) on pitch and in gym

– Fully customizable app to monitor progress

– Contact with strength and conditioning coach on a weekly/monthly basis for performance reporting.
